Terms of Service

1. The service

Stork Content Studio ('Stork', 'we', 'us') provides an AI video creation platform — studios for avatar lectures, talk shows, music videos and film projects, plus asset storage, voice utilities and render pipelines. 'You' means the person or organisation using the service.

Your account gives you access to the platform's features under the plan you select. Features are provided 'as available' and may change as the product evolves.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You may not share access to paid plans in ways that defeat per-user licensing, or create accounts by automated means.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you upload — scripts, voice recordings, photos, music and project files. You grant Stork a limited licence to store, process and render that content solely to provide the service.

You confirm that content you upload does not infringe third-party rights and does not violate the Acceptable Use Policy.

4. AI outputs

Outputs are generated by third-party AI models and may be imperfect, contain artefacts or differ from expectations. Outputs are provided on an 'as is' basis without warranties of quality, accuracy or fitness for any purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before publishing it, including factual accuracy and compliance with platform guidelines where you distribute it.

5. Billing, credits and refunds

Paid plans and credits are billed in advance. Usage-based costs are estimated before a job runs and charged against your credits; any disputes should be raised within 14 days.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Unused credits do not expire while your account is active, unless stated at purchase.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to generate content depicting real people without consent, deepfakes, disinformation, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or content that is otherwise illegal. Full detail is in the Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time; your stored content is deleted within 30 days unless required to be retained by law.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stork disclaims all warranties and its aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product at least 14 days before they take effect; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Stork's principal place of business is located, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
