Acceptable Use Policy

1. Content you may not generate

You may not use Stork Content Studio to create or distribute content that: depicts real, identifiable people in false or defamatory situations without consent; sexualises minors or contains child sexual abuse material; constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery; promotes terrorism, violence, hate speech or discrimination; or is otherwise unlawful in your jurisdiction.

2. Rights of others

Do not upload material you do not have the rights to — including copyrighted music, footage, scripts or character likenesses. You are responsible for clearing rights before publishing outputs.

3. Technical abuse

Do not attempt to bypass quotas, rate limits or authentication; probe or scrape our infrastructure; or use the service to build competing products.

Automated signups, credential stuffing and reselling of API access without written agreement are prohibited.

4. Enforcement

Breaches may result in content removal, suspension of the offending project, or termination of your account. Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities.
