Acceptable Use Policy

1. Content you may not generate

You may not use Stork Content Studio to create or distribute content that: depicts real, identifiable people in false or defamatory situations without consent; sexualises minors or contains child sexual abuse material; constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery; promotes terrorism, violence, hate speech or discrimination; deceives people about who is speaking or what really happened (for example, fake news footage or impersonation for fraud); or is otherwise unlawful in your jurisdiction.

2. Voices and likenesses

Clone only your own voice or face, or those of people who have given you explicit permission to do so. Do not use a voice or avatar clone to impersonate someone, to mislead listeners about who is speaking, or to get around anyone's consent.

3. Rights of others

Do not upload material you do not have the rights to - including copyrighted music, footage, scripts or character likenesses. You are responsible for clearing rights before publishing outputs.

4. Automated access and AI assistants

Connecting an AI assistant through our MCP connector is permitted within the permissions and limits you approve, and the same rules apply to everything it creates on your behalf.

Do not attempt to bypass quotas, rate limits, spending limits or authentication; probe or scrape our infrastructure; or use the service to build competing products. Automated signups, credential stuffing and reselling access to the service without our written agreement are prohibited.

5. Enforcement

Breaches may result in content removal, suspension of the offending project or connection, or termination of your account. Serious violations may be reported to the relevant authorities.
