Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data: name, email address and password (stored as a salted hash), plan and usage metadata.

Content data: files you upload — voice recordings, avatar photos, scripts, music and project outputs. These are stored to provide the service and are not used to train models.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and feature usage, collected via our built-in analytics to improve the product.

2. How we use data

We use your data to operate your account, run render pipelines, provide storage and utilities, process billing, and improve the service. We do not sell personal data.

Analytics events are aggregated and used for service quality and the site analytics dashboards available to authorised administrators.

3. Providers and processing

Rendering is powered by third-party AI providers (image, video, text-to-speech and speech synthesis services). Files needed for a render may be transmitted to those providers solely to complete the job you requested.

Provider keys are stored encrypted and used only to call the respective provider APIs.

4. Storage and retention

Your uploaded content is stored for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, content is purged within 30 days. Spend and billing records are retained for tax and audit purposes as required by law.

5. Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccuracies, export your content, or delete your account at any time by contacting support@adventuressmalik.com.

We respond to legitimate requests within 30 days.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for secrets, salted password hashing, and least-privilege access to infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure; you should also protect your own credentials.
