Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Stork Content Studio ('Stork', 'we', 'us') runs contentstudio.adventuressmalik.com and its MCP connector for AI assistants. We decide why and how your personal data is processed. For anything in this policy, write to support@adventuressmalik.com.

2. What we collect

Account data: your name, email address and password, which we store only as a salted hash. If you sign in with Google, we receive the name, email address and profile picture Google shares with us.

Wallet and payment data: your top-ups, orders, charges and refunds. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's checkout and handled by Razorpay; we receive the payment's status, amount and reference, never your card number.

Your content: scripts, voice recordings, photos and avatar portraits, music, imported images, project settings, and the videos, audio and images generated for you. Recordings and face photos you provide for a voice or avatar clone are used only to make and use that clone for you.

Messages: what you send us by email, WhatsApp or in order notes.

Usage data: our own analytics records the page you visit, the page you came from, your device type and browser family (worked out from your browser's user agent), time zone, screen size, campaign tags in the link (utm_*), and random visitor and session ids kept in your browser. Your IP address is used only momentarily to rate-limit this and is not stored with it, and analytics is not linked to your account. We use no third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

Server logs: our web servers record IP addresses and request details for security and troubleshooting, for a limited period.

3. How we use it

To provide the service: run your account, render your projects, store your files, deliver orders, take payments and issue refunds, and answer support requests.

To keep the service secure: prevent fraud and abuse, apply rate limits and enforce our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.

To improve the product from aggregated usage statistics, and to meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting records.

We do not sell personal data, we do not show advertising, and we do not use your content to train AI models.

4. AI providers and other service providers

To produce what you ask for, the parts of your content a step needs are sent to the provider that performs it, which processes them on our behalf under its own terms and privacy policy:

Writing and planning: Google (Gemini), Sarvam AI for Indian languages, and DeepSeek as a fallback when the others are unavailable. Some steps run on models hosted on our own server, where nothing leaves our infrastructure.

Voice and music: Cartesia, ElevenLabs and Sarvam AI (speech, voice cloning, music).

Images, video, lip-sync and upscaling: fal.ai, which runs models such as FLUX, Wan and Kling, and Google (Veo).

Payments: Razorpay. Sign-in: Google, if you choose it. Email delivery: our email provider. Web fonts: Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.

These providers may process data outside India, including in the United States and, for DeepSeek, in China. We send them only what the step needs and keep our provider keys on our servers.

5. Connected AI assistants (MCP connector)

You can connect an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude to your account through our MCP connector. On our consent screen you choose what the assistant may do (view, create and edit, start paid generation) and a spending limit. For each connection we keep the application's name and registration details, the permissions and limit you granted, what it has spent, and access tokens in hashed form. You can disconnect any application at any time at /oauth/connections.

What an assistant sends us: the projects, scripts, scene instructions and images it submits on your behalf. They are stored in your account like anything you create on the site, and are sent to our AI providers only to produce what you asked for.

What an assistant receives from us: your name and email address (so you can see which account is connected), your wallet balance, and your projects, scripts, price quotes, jobs and time-limited download links. Nothing is returned about other accounts.

We do not receive your conversations with the assistant, only the requests it makes to our service. How the assistant's provider handles your conversation is governed by that provider's own privacy policy.

6. How long we keep it

Generated media (rendered videos, audio and images) is deleted 7 days after your last activity on it - download what you want to keep. Files imported or generated through the MCP connector are deleted 7 days after they were last used or downloaded. Public watch links expire after 30 days.

Your uploads, projects and account data are kept while your account is open and deleted within 30 days after you close it.

Wallet, payment and order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after your account is closed.

7. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your personal data, have it corrected or updated, have it erased, export your content, and withdraw any consent you gave - for example by disconnecting an AI assistant or deleting a voice clone. You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to.

Write to support@adventuressmalik.com from your account's email address. We respond within 30 days. Erasure may be limited where the law requires us to keep records, such as payments.

8. Children

Stork Content Studio is for people aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from younger children; if you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS), salted password hashing, hashed access tokens for connected applications, and least-privilege access to our infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure; please protect your own credentials too.

10. Cookies and browser storage

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in, and browser storage for your preferences, your cart and anonymous analytics ids. The Cookie Policy at /legal/cookies lists each of them.

11. Changes

We will post any change on this page and update the date above. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we will tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect.

12. Contact and grievances

Privacy questions, requests and complaints: support@adventuressmalik.com, subject 'Privacy' or 'Grievance'. We acknowledge a grievance within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days. If you are in India and are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
