Refund Policy

This policy covers refunds for Stork Content Studio subscriptions and credits.
1. Subscriptions
Monthly and yearly plans can be cancelled at any time from your profile; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time on subscriptions.
2. Credits
Credit packs are prepaid usage. If a job fails due to an error on our side, affected credits are refunded automatically. Failed jobs caused by invalid input or cancelled jobs are refunded at our discretion within 14 days of the event.
3. Faulty renders
If a render completes but is materially corrupted (for example, an unplayable export), open a ticket within 7 days and we will re-run the job at no charge or refund the credits used.
4. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
